Line Cake Pans with Parchment Paper

Parchment paper is easy-to-use and it prevents your cakes from sticking to the pan when removing them. It comes in rolls and in circular, pre-cut packets of various sizes. You'll find parchment paper in most supermarkets and cooking supply stores. I prefer the pre-cut liners over cutting circles from the paper rolls.

1. Cut or select a parchment circle that is the exact size of your springform pan. For example, a 10-inch pan requires a 10-inch piece of parchment.
