Of course you can tweak the proportions of this heavenly brew to suit your taste, but I find a 50/50 mixture—plus plenty of whipped cream—just perfect.

Ingredients

Serves 1

3	ounces	freshly brewed black coffee
3	ounces	Bailey's Irish Cream
~		whipped cream for topping

Directions

1. Pour the coffee and Bailey’s Irish Cream into a mug and stir.

2. Top with whipped cream—the more the better!
